At Versatta Kilts, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly for your next adventure; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your kilt or accessory is in its original, unwashed condition with all tags attached and free of any pet hair or odors.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
